WeHaKee 2026 Enrollment: The Ultimate Guide for Families
Enrollment for Summer 2026 is officially open, and while the heart of camp hasn’t changed, the way you register looks a little different. We’re moving to CampMinder, a new system that makes enrollment simpler. Since it’s our first year using CampMinder, every family will follow the same “new camper” steps to register, whether you’ve been part of WeHaKee for years or you’re joining us for the first time.

Here’s everything you need to know to register for Summer 2026, including session options, pricing, discounts, step-by-step instructions, and support.

Girls Camp Session Options (Ages 7–18)
Campers can join us for 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Every session includes a full camp experience and the chance to build strong friendships, grow skills, and connect with the natural beauty of the Northwoods.
2-Week Sessions – $3,650 per session
- June 15–29
- July 1–15
- July 17–31
4-Week Sessions – $7,300 → $6,900 with discount
- June 15–July 15
- July 1–July 31
Includes a stayover program at no additional cost
6-Week Session – $10,950 → $9,950 with discount
- June 15–July 31
Includes both stayover programs at no additional cost

Leadership Academy (Ages 15–18)
For older campers ready to grow as leaders, our Leadership Academy offers a progressive, multi-stage program.
Stages:
- CIT1 (Counselor-in-Training 1)
- CIT2 (Counselor-in-Training 2 / Program Assistant)
- Junior Counselor (JC)
To move into CIT2 or JC, campers must complete the previous stage and meet the age or grade requirement for that level. For example, even if a camper completes CIT1, they must be at least 16 or have finished 10th grade to join CIT2. All sessions cost $3,650 and follow the same dates as Girls Camp. Early Bird and multi-session discounts apply.
CIT1 – Age 15 or completed 9th grade
- CIT1-A: June 15–29
- CIT1-B: July 1–15
- CIT1-C: July 17–31
CIT2 – Age 16 or completed 10th grade
- CIT2-A: June 15–29
- CIT2-B: July 1–15
- CIT2-C: July 17–31
Junior Counselor – Age 17 or completed 11th grade
- JC-A: June 15–29
- JC-B: July 1–15
- JC-C: July 17–31

Discounts & Deals
Early Bird Incentives
- $500 off per camper if you register by October 15, 2025
- Only $500 deposit required to hold your spot
- Payment plan available by default
- Change your session later if plans shift
- Best session availability when you register early
Extended Session Discounts
- 4-Week: Save $400 (vs. booking two separate 2-week sessions)
- 6-Week: Save $1,000 (vs. booking three separate 2-week sessions)
Payment Plan Details

- Payment Plan (Default) — Balance split into 4 payments:
- November 15, 2025
- January 15, 2026
- March 15, 2026

ACH = no fee
Credit/Debit = up to 3.1% processing fee
Optional Add-Ons (Per 2-Week Session)
- Horseback Riding: $290
- Water Skiing / Wakeboard: $85
- Bus Transportation: $175 one way / $350 round trip
- Bedding Rental: $65
- Laundry: $60
Stayovers are included at no extra cost for multi-session campers.

How to Register – Step-by-Step Guide (New CampMinder Platform)
- Start Registration
Visit the 2026 Enrollment Link
Everyone will use the “New Camper” option this year. - Create Account + Add Parent Info
You’ll begin by entering your name, email, and relationship to the camper. CampMinder will create your account automatically as you go. - Enter Camper Info
Add your camper’s first and last name, birthdate, gender, and grade. - Choose Sessions
Select your preferred session dates. Full sessions will show “(Wait List).” Once selected, your spot is held for 30 minutes. - Add Parent/Guardian Info
Confirm or enter contact info for your household. - Select Add-Ons
Choose any optional activities and services. - Cabinmate Requests (Optional)
Add one name if your camper has a cabinmate request. You can edit this up to 2 weeks before camp. - Submit Payment
Pay your $500 deposit (per camper) or the full amount.- Choose ACH or credit/debit
- Monthly plan applies automatically if you pay deposit only
- Review & Finish
Agree to the terms, sign, and submit your registration.
