I have read and understand all the information regarding my child's transportation to and from WeHaKee Camp for Girls. I understand that if my child's transportation needs or arrangements change it is my responsibility to notify the WeHaKee Camp Directors immediately. I further understand that in the event extra fees (such as baggage or custody/unaccompanied minor fees, etc.) are assessed at the time of check-in and my child is unable to pay those fees directly at that time, WeHaKee will make every effort to cover those fees at that time, but CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL UNPAID FEES CAN BE PAID. I accept that WeHaKee retains the right to assess additional service charges (25% or more) for covering additional fees for my child and that I am responsible for those fees and additional service charges that may be assessed.

YES, WE WILL work with Travel One to manage flight arrangements for our child. We understand that Travel One, Inc. will provide WeHaKee with travel information – NO NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING FURTHER!

NO, WE WILL NOT work with Travel One and will make our own flight arrangements for our child. It is our responsibility to provide an official copy of the airline confirmation to Camp WeHaKee. In addition, we accept our responsibilities related to the time frames for arrivals/departures, baggage fees,unaccompanied minor fees/arrangements, etc.

FOR THOSE MAKING THEIR OWN FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND SIGN SIGNIFYING YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE EXPECTATIONS:

I understand that Camp WeHaKee CAN only provide supervised services at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP)
I understand that I must provide Camp WeHaKee with an official copy of the airline confirmations for all of the flights my child will be taking to and from Camp WeHaKee.
I understand that ARRIVALS should be scheduled to arrive at MSP between 11:00am and 4:00pm (16:00) CDT and DEPARTURES should be scheduled to depart MSP between 12:00pm and 5:00pm (17:00) CDT. I agree to CONTACT WEHAKEE BEFORE BOOKING FLIGHTS if I am unable to find appropriately scheduled flights. I understand that if I book flights outside of these time frames without first contacting WeHaKee administration, I may be liable for additional transportation fees to cover additional costs incurred (additional staff, vehicles, meals, etc.). These costs could top $1,000 USD or more. Camp WeHaKee cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate all flights outside of these times.
I understand that my child may be assessed additional fees for extra or overweight baggage, unaccompanied minor fees or other charges. As airlines do not accept cash payments, I agree to provide my daughter with appropriate options (pre-paid credit card, etc.) to cover such. I understand that if WeHaKee staff cover these expenses, WeHaKee reserves the right to apply a surcharge (in addition to the assessed fee) of 25% or more.
