Fridays with Franky: Summer 2016 is One to Remember
Hi! Franky the camp dog here! I’ve had a really busy day today. There were two buses, lots of cars, and Bob the director was on the phone about some airplanes. And now there is a lot less people here at WeHaKee. I am so sad to see our final session of girls’ camp for summer 2016 come to a close, but I have some uplifting messages for you. Our staff is doing lots of cleaning up around camp today, so I thought I would do a house-keeping post for you.
First of all, if you haven’t connected with us on social media, do it! Look at the bottom of the page for the icons. It’s the best way to get all the pictures, videos, and memories we gathered over summer of 2016. We also LOVE to say in touch until next summer comes.
Secondly, I want to express how excited I am that our summer 2016 isn’t really over yet. In a couple of days we welcome our Family Campers and after that our Mother-Daughter Campers! We have a lot of fun with these groups at camp and you should watch our Facebook… maybe your family vacation next year needs a little WeHaKee.
Lastly, I want to encourage the campers we had this summer and all summers previously to keep in touch with us and one another. Our wonderful world is so interconnected. Take advantage and take care.
See you at camp!
