Four Days With The Women Who Matter Most — Discover Mother/Daughter Camp at WeHaKee
“Our family loves this oh-so-special place. My daughter is already looking forward to her third year at camp, and I can’t wait to come back for another Mother/Daughter Camp. The counselors are warm and welcoming, and my daughter comes home happier, kinder, and more independent every year.” — Sarah F., Mother/Daughter Camp Participant
Some of the best moments in life are the simplest ones. Sitting across the table from someone you love. Taking a walk with no place to be. Sharing something new — and figuring it out together.
Mother/Daughter Camp at WeHaKee is four days to make space for that kind of time — and to be part of a community of women and girls doing the same. You’ll share a cabin, eat all your meals together, paddle across the lake, and have the kind of conversations that rarely happen at home.
You’ll also meet other pairs — women and girls of all ages, from all walks of life — many of whom leave camp with new friendships that last long after the weekend ends.
It’s open to anyone looking to reconnect. Bring your daughter. Your niece. Your sister. Your closest friend. This is for people who matter to each other — and for those open to meeting others who value the same.
What Camp Looks Like
You’ll stay in one of our cozy cabins — clean and simple, with twin beds, electricity, and a short walk to the bathhouse. Each cabin is tucked into the trees and has a screened-in porch, perfect for early-morning coffee or evening chats.
Each day starts with breakfast in the dining hall — served family-style with options for all diets. After that, you’re free to join scheduled activities or do your own thing. You might sign up for a painting class, head to the archery range, or take a canoe out on Hunter Lake.
There’s also plenty of space for quiet time — walking the trails, sitting on the dock, or relaxing at your cabin. In the evenings, the whole camp gathers at the fire circle. Campfires include s’mores, stories, and time to unwind under the stars.
