For more than 100 years, WeHaKee Camp for Girls has helped girls grow into stronger, more confident versions of themselves. At WeHaKee, your daughter will spend her days doing what camp does best — making new friends, trying things she’s never done before, learning how to lead, and feeling like she truly belongs.

She’ll wake up in a cabin surrounded by girls her age, choose her own activities for the day, and spend her time outside — swimming, creating, exploring, and learning more about herself in the process. She’ll come home with new skills, real friendships, and a stronger sense of who she is.

A Camp Built for Girls to Thrive

From the moment she arrives, your daughter will be welcomed into a cabin group with two trained counselors and a small group of peers her age. Days at camp follow a rhythm that’s structured enough to feel steady, but flexible enough for every girl to make it her own.

She’ll eat meals in the dining hall, choose activities she’s excited about, join evening programs with the whole camp, and have time every day to connect with her cabin and take it all in.

For High School Girls: Leadership Academy

WeHaKee’s Leadership Academy is open to girls entering 10th–12th grade and offers three levels of leadership experience. Girls will still take part in activities but will also:

     1.   Mentor younger campers
     2.   Practice leading groups and setting goals
     3.   Learn how to give and receive feedback
     4.   Grow as leaders in a real, supportive environment
