Terms and Conditions

Ambassadors (Referring Families)

• Invitee families must be new to the WeHaKee community and not members of the Ambassador family’s immediate family.
• The incentive gift will be given to an Ambassador only after the directors have made direct (visual and/or voice) contact with the family.
• The invitee must confirm (while registering) who invited them.
• Ambassador rewards will only be applied for invitations made during the specified campaign dates.
• Invitations can be for WeHaKee girls camp or Leadership Academy sessions. Family Camp, Mother/Daughter Camp programs are not eligible for participation in the Ambassador Club program.

Invitee (Referred Campers)

• Invitees will receive the incentive gift after they register for a 2025 girls’ camp session and pay the $500 deposit.
• The invitee must be somebody from a family whose family members have never attended camp before.
• The invitee cannot be from the same immediate family as the ‘Ambassador’
• If an invitee cancels their registration, WeHaKee retains the right to retain the full nonrefundable deposit.
• The reward cannot be redeemed for cash or credit or transferred to any other family.

The Camp

• Reserves the right to add or remove rewards at their discretion.
• Can change the reward offered without notice.
• Can end the program without prior warning.

In Detail…

• Individuals connected in any way with the Ambassador Club program or helping to set up the Ambassador Club program shall not be permitted to enter.
• There is no fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
• Camp WeHaKee reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.
• No responsibility can be accepted for invitations not received for whatever reason.
• Camp WeHaKee reserves the right to disqualify anyone they may believe has not completed selected tasks.
• Camp WeHaKee reserves the right to cancel or amend the Ambassador Club program and these terms and conditions without notice.
• Camp WeHaKee is not responsible for inaccurate incentive or reward details supplied to any invitee by any third party connected with this competition.
• No cash alternative to the rewards will be offered, and the incentives or rewards are not transferable. Incentives or rewards are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any incentive or reward with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Cheating for entries in any way (referring yourself using different emails or similar tactics) will disqualify you.
• WeHaKee’s decision regarding all matters related to the referral program will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering the Ambassador Club, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions will be governed by the country the camp is located in and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that country.
• Entry will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The Ambassador Club is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X (formally as Twitter), or any other social network. You are providing your information to the camp and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with standard Privacy Policies.
